  Justin Smith was drawn to the construction industry from a young age, and in 1998 started his career in Fire Sprinklers.  Combining the craft of construction with the life saving aspects of fire sprinklers proved to be very rewarding.  From State Technical Institute of Memphis, he earned an Associates of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering.  He later earned a NICET (National Institute for Certified Engineering Technologies) grade of Level IV in Automatic Sprinkler System Layout.  With high admiration for the precision of the design teams, the skill of the fabricators, and the craftsmanship of the installation crews he has developed relationships in the industry that are everlasting.

Justin loves the outdoors, where he spends much of his free time hunting and fishing.  The comradery with friends and family in the great outdoors is something that he cherishes.  Justin’s wife, Amanda, has been by his side offering support for his entire career.  His two children inspire him to create a legacy they can be proud of.

In 2021, Justin partnered with his brother Jared, and longtime co-worker and friend, Todd Burriello to create Ironsmith Fire.  

Jared Smith has been in the Fire Sprinkler industry for over 10 years. Jared has spent the last decade learning from every facet of the Fire Sprinkler industry from Fabrication, Installation, Design, and Sales. Jared has earned his NICET certification.

Jared has two boys Hunter and Luke. In his spare time, you can find him hunting, fishing, or spending days on the lake! 

Todd Burriello started his career in the Fire Sprinkler industry in 1990 as a designer. Over the last 30 plus years, Todd has touched on nearly every aspect of the Fire Sprinkler industry. In addition to design, he has spent time as a fabricator, pipe fitter, inspector, salesman, and branch manager. After attending the University of Memphis, he obtained his NICET certification.

Todd and his wife enjoy raising their dogs and supporting the Nashville Predators!
