Not always. We hire apprentices and entry-level field hands and train you on the job. If you’re motivated, reliable, and willing to learn a trade, we want to talk to you. Experienced journeymen, ITM techs, and service techs are also actively being hired.
Yes. We reimburse exam fees for NICET and other relevant certifications, and we support paid study time. Career growth is one of the main reasons people stay here.
Yes, for the employee. We cover 100% of the employee health insurance premium. Dependent coverage is available at additional cost.
Field installation is typically a daytime weekday schedule with overtime opportunities. ITM and service work is route-based with on-call rotations for some roles. Office roles follow standard business hours, with hybrid flexibility where possible.
